The Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha franchise revealed at the end of the special Lyrical ☆ Live event that the franchise will have a new project. The format that the project will have is unknown.
The event will be held at the Yoyogi National Gymnasium in Tokyo on January 18 and 19, attended by members of the original cast of the anime.
The event celebrated the 15th anniversary of the franchise. To obtain access to the preferential area of the event, it was mandatory to present the set of thematic themes of the anime that went on sale previously.
Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha is an anime series directed by Akiyuki Shinbo aired in Japan between October 1 and December 25, 2004. The series was produced by the Seven Arcs studio, and consists of 13 episodes.
The series is an alternate story of the OVA game series titled Triangle Heart . Nanoha, the younger sister of the main characters Kyōya and Miyuki, is the protagonist while the brothers are reduced to minor characters. Nanoha is clearly seen in a parallel universe; the late Shirō Fuwa is surnamed Takamachi and survives his original fatal wound of the game, new characters like Fate Testarossa are added , and others, like Fiasse Crystela , are eliminated.
Synopsis of Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha:
Nanoha Takamachi is a third grade elementary student. He lives with his parents, who have a cafeteria, his sister and his brother, who are in high school and college, respectively. Nanoha’s normal life changes when she hears a voice calling her back home and ends up rescuing an injured ferret (whose human form is an archaeologist child, Yūno, who comes from another world). From him he obtains a magic crystal called Raising Heart (レ イ ジ ン グ ハ ー ト, Reijingu Hāto), which gives Nanoha magical powers.
After their meeting, Nanoha and Yūno must get the 21 “Jewel Seeds” (ジ ュ エ ル シ ー ド, Jueru Shīdo), powerful crystals of the world of Yūno that fulfill wishes and are dangerous if they fall into the wrong hands. However, Nanoha and Yūno are not the only ones after the Jewel Seeds.
